For more accurate, vivid color reproduction during daytime use, an IR Cut filter is automatically moved over the lens to block unwanted IR. At night, the filter is removed to deliver maximum visibility and clear IR illumination.
Provides clearer images and even lighting in applications that are both bright and dark. This is particularly useful in areas with windows and lots of natural light.
See in color-in the dark! By automatically slowing the shutter speed, the camera is able to pick up the slightest traces of light to display a bright image.
An array of IR LEDs are included to assist with nighttime performance. But the total LED power is limited due to PoE constraints. IR is recommended for indoor and targeted applications.
Reduces silhouetting so you see foreground subjects clearly when positioned in front of a bright background light source.
A powerful digital signal processor (DSP) intelligently scans the image and reduces noise in low-light conditions for a cleaner, crisper image.
Hide sensitive or privileged areas by placing rectangular blocks or "masks" over installer-defined areas.
By defining areas of interest – like a door, driveway or window – you can define when the NVR should start recording video. You can schedule recordings, or the NVR can record when there is motion. This not only conserves hard drive space, but also means you can record for more days before older recordings are overwritten.
If contact inputs and trigger outputs seem like features only available on an NVR, then you haven't met our IP cameras! Connect a driveway sensor, door contact, external motion or other sensors to trigger emails, recording events and other auxiliary alarms – with or without an NVR.
Sometimes listening just isn't enough. Sometimes you need to talk to the person on the other end. Audio inputs to the NVR enable you to do this right through Internet Explorer on your PC! Think of the uses: gated entrances, elevators, assisted living, saferooms - there are a number of applications where you want the person on the other end to know you're listening.
For sophisticated surveillance systems, redundancy is key. With optional edge storage, you don't have to worry about lapses in recording, even if the local network connection is disrupted or the NVR is compromised. A micro SD card slot makes for fast and easy local recording, right there at the camera, and recordings can be viewed through a web browser once the network is restored. You have complete control over when it records and what triggers it. Plus with FIFO management, as the SD card fills up it simply deletes what's oldest and continues recording.
A single Cat5e/6 cable can deliver video, data, audio, and power to/from the camera. No more crimp on beanies, wire nuts or other unsightly connections - just an RJ45 connector and you're done. Retrofit installations have never been easier.
Thanks to a premium 2MP CMOS sensor, this camera delivers pristine video with resolutions up to 1920x1080 at a full 30FPS. Wirepath™ cameras are true 16:9 widescreen and can support resolutions as low as 176x144 @ 30fps.
Thanks to this camera's test port you can do on-the-spot video adjustments using our optional CCTV Tester, and you can power the camera if power isn't already provided.
Featuring an exclusive SnapAV design, this camera combines a sleek, low profile housing with a taller dome to deliver extended off-axis viewing up to 67 degrees. A vanity shield is also included to hide the wiring and electronics for a clean, polished look.
Dynamic DNS provides a permanent, easy-to-remember name that never changes. Our free WirepathDNS service is fast and easy to set up.
With event-based alerts, you can create custom notifications for motion detection and alarm triggers.
With the ability to set specific user access levels, you control who sees which cameras, and who is allowed to adjust important settings.
