After the installation is complete, a customer handoff from the installer to the client happens giving them exclusive control and access to live videos and passwords. After this, only the client can view live video and can choose to give you access for troubleshooting purposes. Additionally, cameras never have their microphones enabled by default and can be turned on via Luma View as needed – or disabled altogether via OvrC.
