JVC DLP projectors offer outstanding resolution, high brightness, and a compact size for easy installation.
JVC DLP projectors offer outstanding resolution, high brightness, and a compact size for easy installation. The LX-NZ3 offers a laser phosphor light engine with 3,000 lumens, 4K resolution with HDR10 & auto tone mapping and HLG compatibility. JVC sets itself apart from the competition with a versatile all-glass lens with a 1.6X zoom, and a wide range lens shift for flexible installation.
3,000 Lumens Brightness provides a stunning image, even with larger screen home theaters. Excellent color is assured with 100% REC709. The BT2020 color mode insures full compatibility with the newest 4K HDR content.
JVC’s proprietary “BLU-Escent” Laser Phosphor offers 3,000 lumen light output and 20,000 hour long life illumination. Increased brightness ensures compatibility with larger screen sizes over 200 inches, and improved HDR performance, bringing greater depth and dimensionality to home theater screens.
JVC uses an all glass design for a high-resolution image. The 1.6X Zoom along with 60% Vertical and 23% Horizontal shift provide installation flexibility.
DMD (digital micromirror device) is a digitally controlled micro-opto-electromechanical system (MOEMS) spatial light modulator (SLM). When coupled to an appropriate optical system, the DMD displays 4K resolution with 8,294,000 addressable pixels.
The LX-NZ3 supports 100% of Rec. 709 color space (BT. 2020 compatible) and displays HDR content with high contrast and bright vivid images. Hybrid Log-Gamma is an additional HDR Gamma mode that is used for live broadcast or streaming events.
The LX-NZ3 can read the meta data on virtually all 4K HDR streaming content and many 4K HDR Blu-ray discs. Hollywood does not have a standard for 4K HDR brightness. Then, based upon that meta data, the NZ3 automatically adjusts the projector for the best possible HDR picture quality.
When an HDR10 signal is detected the system will automatically change to HDR mode. User manually choses one of the three different tone mapping settings (“Low”, “Mid” or “High”)
JVC incorporates the latest HDMI/HDCP2.2 standard allowing HDCP2.2 copy protected devices to be connected via the HDMI-1 input.
