Connect sources with stereo RCA, digital coax, or digital optical and use the stereo RCA outputs to deliver audio to power amplifiers or AVRs. Available in 8×8 and 16×16 models with a compact 1U/2U design, these switches give you more features and customization options for the size of projects you install most. Both models provide two levels of 6-band parametric EQ - one for speaker tuning, and one for room tuning - to dial in precise sound in any space. Additionally, the custom-built Triad DSP engine and the improved 2.1 zone grouping feature allows for subwoofer implementation that delivers full range sound, subtle details, and exceptionally clear audio. And the added input and output audio delay make for fast and easy audio/video synchronization. For seamless integration into any system, the Triad AMS Matrix Switches have OvrC support*, signal sensing on all inputs, and SDDP for easy Control4 configuration.
Triad Audio Matrix Switches require OS 3.2.0 or higher.
Triad’s revamped high-resolution DSP (Digital Signal Processing) engine is engineered to allow finer adjustments to deliver the best sound. All inputs are capable of supporting up to 192kHz/24-bit audio to ensure you hear what the artist intended. Each zone has two parametric EQs—one for speaker-level EQ and one for room-level EQ, ensuring the best possible sound in every room. And when paired with Composer, you can see your sound adjustments in real-time for a rich audio experience.
True low pass filtering and adjustable crossover points provide seamless integration between speakers and subwoofers.
Eliminate lip-sync issues with both input and output audio delay when using the Triad Audio Matrix Switch to send audio from a video source.

This Limited Warranty runs for a period of ten (10) years for indoor speakers, three (3) years for Triad powered subwoofers, subwoofer amplifiers and outdoor speakers, five (5) years for all Triad PAMP V2 Amplifiers and two (2) years for all other Triad electronics, provided that Triad Distributed Audio Series 1, Series 2, or Series 3 branded speakers will have a limited lifetime warranty, except for the grill, which is warranted for five (5) years.
