Users can take control of their front door with the August Smart Lock. August attaches to the existing deadbolt, so customers can still use their keys. August lets users securely lock and unlock the door via smartphone, from anywhere. Users can set August to automatically unlock upon arrival and lock when leaving.
August® Smart Lock + Connect
Users can take control of their front door with the August Smart Lock. August attaches to the existing deadbolt, so customers can still use their keys. August lets users securely lock and unlock the door via smartphone, from anywhere. Users can set August to automatically unlock upon arrival and lock when leaving. August works with Alexa and the Google Assistant so doors can be locked, unlock, and checked by voice. August lets users securely control access to their home by granting unlimited digital keys valid for a few weeks, a few hours, or a few minutes.
Features
- Total control. Users can lock and unlock their door, grant keyless access and keep track of who comes and goes, all from the August App.
- Upgrade the existing lock. Simply attaches to the existing deadbolt, on the inside of the door. Existing keys will still work.
- Control guest access. Users can send secure keys to friends, family or other guests instantly, all from the August app.
- Auto Unlock. Auto Unlock knows when users arrive and unlocks the door when approaching. Never fumble for keys again.
- Customers can use their voice. Tell Alexa or Google Assistant to lock, unlock or check the status of the front door.
- Complete. Includes August Connect WiFi Bridge which connects the lock to the cloud, providing full voice and remote access functionality right out of the box.
- Be sure its locked. Only August has DoorSense™, a sensor that tells users if the door is securely closed and locked.
- Auto Lock. Enable Auto Lock and never worry if the door is locked again.
- Pairs with all August Doorbell Cams. See and speak to visitors and let them in.
- Bank Grade Security. August uses AES 128 bit and TLS encryption which is used by banks for maximum security of digital communications.
